STEPS is a 12-week course that can help you find freedom from unhelpful patterns.
This course is for both Women and Men (the group will meet together for refreshments and the film and then split into women/men groups). The course is free, and no-sign up is necessary.
Introduction Session: Sunday 8th September
Course Start Date: Tuesday 17th September (and consecutive Tuesdays thereafter).
